  • Subject line length exceeds 60 characters
Advisory
  • Opening line similarity to previous stage
  • Suggested personalization token unused
  • Readability score below 8th-grade level

Audit trail

Every draft review action — approve, reject, override — is logged with a timestamp and the reviewer's identity. Access the full audit trail from Settings → Compliance Logs.
