A managed lead is a unique lead Cognlay sources, imports, enriches, scores, or writes at least one AI email for during your billing cycle. Deleting the lead does not restore the allowance.
Every AI-written draft, rewrite, regeneration, follow-up, or reply draft uses one AI email credit. Sends are still governed by sender health, suppression rules, and safe send windows.
Find Leads credits let Scale users search, source, and enrich new prospects directly from within Cognlay. Free, Starter, and Pro plans can still import leads via CSV.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Your plan continues until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free.
