Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cognlay, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Cognlay on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to use the service for that company.
Service Description
Cognlay provides governed AI SDR workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, email drafting, reply handling, sender safety, analytics, and learning. You remain responsible for the campaigns you configure and the messages you send.
Account Responsibilities
Keep account and mailbox credentials secure, invite only authorized users, and review workspace activity. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the domains, mailboxes, offers, and lead lists you connect.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Cognlay for spam, harassment, deceptive claims, unlawful outreach, scraped personal data you are not allowed to use, or campaigns that violate anti-spam, privacy, or platform rules. Respect CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and your organization's policies.
AI Output
AI drafts, reply suggestions, fit scores, and recommended actions are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing sensitive claims, regulated statements, pricing, promises, and any message that may affect your brand or legal obligations.
Billing & Plans
Subscription fees are billed in advance. We may update pricing with notice. Usage limits may apply based on your selected plan.
Mailbox Connections
Cognlay connects to mailboxes through SMTP and IMAP. You authorize Cognlay to use connected mailbox access only for configured outbound workflows, reply detection, thread context, sender safety, and related product functionality. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for abuse, spam complaints, security risks, unlawful use, payment issues, or activity that could harm Cognlay, connected mailboxes, recipients, or other users.
Limitation of Liability
Cognlay is provided as is. We work to provide reliable software, but we do not guarantee pipeline, revenue, deliverability, inbox placement, response rates, or meeting volume. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
