By accessing or using Cognlay, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Use of the platform constitutes an agreement to our architectural and data handling standards.
Service Description
Cognlay provides AI-assisted email drafting, follow-up automation, and analytics for sales teams. You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of emails you send.
Account Responsibilities
Keep credentials secure and ensure only authorized users access your workspace. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Cognlay for spam, harassment, or unlawful outreach. Respect anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and your organization's policies.
AI Output
AI drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for review and final approval before sending. Our models are optimized for quality, but human oversight is required.
Billing & Plans
Subscription fees are billed in advance. We may update pricing with notice. Usage limits may apply based on your selected orchestration tier.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations or security risks to protect the reputation of our sender infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
Cognlay is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
