Each email sent by Cognlay (initial touches and follow-ups) counts toward your monthly limit. Emails you draft manually and send outside Cognlay do not count.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Your plan continues until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free.
Not necessarily. Cognlay uses your own Gmail mailbox — it does not have its own warm-up infrastructure. Many teams use Smartlead/Instantly for inbox warm-up and Cognlay for the adaptive follow-up layer on top.
